The yarn experience
My niece is doing job shadowing at school and decided she wanted to shadow at my LYS. I called Margaret and she asked if she could. Margaret agreed. Today was job shadow day, and since she is my niece, I went with her. There was lots of sorting, and pricing. More yarn and needles were put out. The phone was answered in a very grown up manner, and at the end of the day, my niece asked, when can I come back? She’s very sad that she misses our Wednesday get-togethers. Often wishes there were more than once a month knit at nights.
My niece is 13. She has only been knitting a month. I have to say I’m very proud because I am the one that taught her how to knit.
